Rico Indian is proud to be the only Indian restaurant in the Puerto Vallarta Bay Area with a fully trained and dedicated catering team. We specialize in events of all sizes and can cater for groups of up to 200–250 guests. Additionally, our restaurant features a private event space that can accommodate up to 150 guests, perfect for intimate celebrations or pre-wedding functions.

We take pride in delivering authentic Indian cuisine, staying true to traditional recipes and never substituting original ingredients — a promise of quality and flavor in every dish. Our payment terms are 50% upon confirmation and the balance on a day before the actual event.

In my humble opinion, food is an inexhaustible expression of art and alchemy. From a young age, I discovered a gift — the ability to recreate dishes after tasting them, almost as if they whispered their secrets to me. Over time, I’ve done my best to refine this gift and share it through the recipes you now find on our menu.

Some of these dishes I learned by sitting at kitchen tables in homes across India, absorbing not just the flavors but the stories behind them. Others are my own interpretations — heartfelt renditions of the authentic tastes of my beautiful homeland. You won’t find a single defined style of cooking here. Instead, you’ll experience an approach rooted in honoring ingredients, celebrating flavor, and creating food that nourishes joy and awakens the senses.
