We were lucky to have been introduced to Alex through the Shaadi Destinations team, and from our very first meeting, we knew we were in great hands. His genuine passion for what he does was clear from the start, instantly putting us at ease.

In the months leading up to our wedding weekend, we were in constant communication with Alex. He handled every single detail with care and precision, navigated challenging situations effortlessly, and supported us every step of the way.

During our wedding weekend, Alex and his team, including Lucero and Regina, made everything seamless. His organizational skills were truly impressive—every item we brought was carefully cataloged, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. They maintained constant communication, keeping the weekend running smoothly, on schedule—sometimes even ahead of schedule! When last-minute weather adjustments were needed, Alex and his team handled them flawlessly.

Their thoughtfulness throughout the weekend was unmatched. They made sure we had plated meals at every event, managed welcome bags (even sourcing a missing item at the last minute), and even handled wardrobe malfunctions—all while keeping everything stress-free.

Thanks to Alex and his incredible team, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without worry or stress. We are eternally grateful for his expertise, dedication, and kindness.

Alex was our wedding coordinator at Generations Riviera Maya in May 2023, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When we arrived, we were initially nervous since we had been working with a different coordinator during the planning process. However, from our very first meeting, Alex put us at ease. He came fully prepared, understanding our vision and plans while sensing our concerns. As the meeting went on, our confidence in him only grew.

Alex has an incredible eye for detail and executed everything flawlessly. Throughout the wedding week, he was our right-hand man, ensuring each event ran smoothly and that both we and our guests were happy. Whenever issues arose with the hotel, he was just a phone call away, handling everything promptly and efficiently.

One of the most difficult moments for me was having to move our reception indoors due to unforeseen circumstances. It was heartbreaking because I had envisioned a beautiful outdoor celebration. However, Alex reassured me that the ballroom would be just as magical—and he was absolutely right. In fact, the indoor setup exceeded my expectations and turned out even better than our original outdoor plan.

Before we left, Alex took the time to meet with us, discussing what went well and what could be improved. We truly appreciated his commitment to feedback and growth.
