A Dream Come True!

We were incredibly blessed and lucky to have Andrea as our daughter’s destination wedding planner in Los Cabos, Mexico. With 200 guests and a BIG, FAT INDIAN WEDDING featuring multiple events—including both Hindu and Christian ceremonies and the reception—we needed someone who could seamlessly handle it all.

Andrea planned everything to perfection! From day one, she scheduled biweekly Zoom calls, keeping us on track throughout 11 months of planning. She managed every detail, coordinated all vendors, and ensured we were always ahead of schedule. When I traveled to India a month before the wedding, I did so stress-free because Andrea had everything under control.

She was in constant communication with all vendors, ensuring every element came together flawlessly. Days before the wedding, she provided detailed timelines, making sure everyone knew exactly what to expect. Andrea was always two steps ahead—handling any issues before they even became problems.

Her thoughtfulness and quick thinking made a world of difference:

When guests arrived late to the mehndi ceremony and missed their henna, she kept the mehndi artist longer so no one felt left out. When she realized the weather would be chilly for two of our events, she personally arranged four large heating lamps for each day, ensuring everyone was cozy and comfortable. She even negotiated additional free couple’s portraits with the photographers—an unexpected and wonderful surprise!

Andrea’s dedication made our wedding effortless and fun, and I truly can’t imagine my daughter’s wedding without her! Whoever says weddings are stressful never had Andrea on their team!

For all the Indian wedding events, Andrea worked tirelessly to coordinate vendors, manage setups, and keep everything on schedule, ensuring that the bride, groom, and even the mother of the bride didn’t have to lift a finger! Afterward, our guests couldn’t stop raving about her, and several of the bride’s friends even asked her to be their planner for their weddings next year.

Beyond her impeccable organization, Andrea is genuine, kind, and full of energy—she didn’t just plan the wedding, she became part of our family. How many wedding planners get emotional during a heartfelt speech about the bride? That’s how much she cares.

As we said our goodbyes, we teared up after months of working so closely with her—until my husband broke the ice and asked, “So, when’s the next Zoom call?”
