Chef Hari Dev is an award-winning Executive Chef and destination-wedding specialist with over 20 years of international experience across India, the Middle East, Japan, and Mexico. Most recently, he served as Head Chef at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, Mexico, where he led the culinary execution for over 250 South Asian destination weddings—recognized for their scale, consistency, and refined presentation.
Chef Hari is now launching Epicurean by Chef Hari Dev, a new luxury restaurant and catering concept based in Los Cabos. Epicurean will focus on elevated South Asian catering and global fusion menus designed for destination weddings, private events, and high-end celebrations.
