We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ola Weddings for our 200+ guest Indian wedding in Mexico, spanning four unforgettable days. From the Mehndi to the Reception, their team—led by the incredible co-founders Eduardo and Valeria—ensured every detail was flawlessly executed.

The festivities kicked off with the Mehndi ceremony on Thursday, followed by the Haldi and Sangeet on Friday. These events set the perfect tone for the weekend, and Ola Weddings made sure each moment was thoughtfully planned. They even incorporated some last-minute design inspiration I sent, like a margarita drink wall to welcome our guests—such a fun touch!

Our wedding and casual poolside cocktail on Saturday were everything we had dreamed of and more. Despite an unexpected budget adjustment, the decor, florals, and walkway turned out absolutely stunning. The logistics of the day were handled with precision, and even when timelines needed to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, the team was quick to problem-solve and kept everything running smoothly.

The celebrations continued into Sunday with a boho-style Holi party and a grand reception. Eduardo, Valeria, Daniela, and Mariana were our guiding stars throughout. They expertly orchestrated the entire event, allowing my husband and me to be fully present and cherish every moment. When we arrived at the reception, feeling exhausted and wanting to tweak the timeline, Ola Weddings seamlessly adapted to our last-minute changes, making it all look effortless.

One of my friends advised me to choose vendors based on their vibe and personality, as these are the people you’ll spend one of the most important days of your life with. I can confidently say this about Eduardo and Val—they are truly kind, genuine people with amazing energy. We have absolutely no regrets.

What stood out the most was Ola Weddings’ exceptional communication and responsiveness—qualities we were specifically seeking in a planner. Their aesthetic and style also perfectly matched our wedding vision. Even when faced with challenges from the venue and other vendors, they handled everything with professionalism and grace, shielding us from unnecessary stress and ensuring our special day was a complete success.

Our guests were left awestruck, with many declaring it the best wedding they had ever attended!
